MONDESI (pronounced "mon-deh-sih") is a browser-based VMS system monitor.
It should run as a CGI script under VMS Apache (SWS), OSU and WASD, and be
usable from all modern browsers.  Uses WebSocket on WASD v10.1ff and supporting
browsers, so a single instance can support multiple clients.
