RTL Routines, LIB$, LIB$RESET_VM_ZONE_64
 *Conan The Librarian 

    (Alpha and I64 only.) The Reset Virtual Memory Zone routine frees
    all blocks of memory that were previously allocated from a zone
    in the 64-bit virtual address space.

    Format

      LIB$RESET_VM_ZONE_64  zone-id
