      /FILE_NAME=file-spec

      /NOFILE_NAME

 file-spec

    Identifies a nonexecutable message file. The default device and
    directory for the file specification is SYS$MESSAGE and the
    default file type is .EXE. No wildcard characters are allowed
    in the file specification.
