symbol-name

    A character string up to 31 characters in length.

 symbol-value

    The value you want to assign to the symbol. An absolute
    global symbol has a fixed numeric value and is therefore not
    relocatable. Thus, the value must be a number.

    On I64, the numeric value is a 64-bit value.
