DEFRAGMENT, VOLUME, Qualifiers, /HOTFILE_DATABASE

       /HOTFILE_DATABASE
       /NOHOTFILE_DATABASE (default)

          The /HOTFILE_DATABASE qualifier causes the
          defragmenter to query the appropriate hotfile
          database and append the list of hotfiles to the
          defragmenter's /FREQUENT file list.
