UIL, Compile Time Errors, TOO_MANY

  ERROR:  You exceeded a compiler limit such as the number of fonts in
  a  font  table or the number of strings in a translation table.  The
  message indicates the limit imposed by the compiler.

  USER ACTION:  Restructure your UIL module.
