  ERROR:  The case-sensitivity clause, if specified, must be the first
  clause  following  the  module's  name.   You  have inserted another
  module clause before this clause.

  USER   ACTION:    Reorder   the   module   clauses   so   that   the
  case-sensitivity clause is first.
