    OpenVMS usage:context
    type:         longword (unsigned)
    access:       modify
    mechanism:    by 32- or 64-bit reference
    Context value to be cleared when $FINISH_RDB completes execution.
    The contxt argument is a longword containing the address of the
    context value.
