 buffer_handle_64

    OpenVMS usage:handle
    type:         quadword (unsigned)
    access:       read only
    mechanism:    by 32- or 64-bit reference
    The buffer object to be deleted. The buffer_handle_64 argument
    is the 32- or 64-bit address of a 2-longword array previously
    returned by a $CREATE_BUFOBJ_64 call.
