This directory contains system-supplied locale data files.
These data files describe a particular combination of languages,
territories, and code sets. They are used with the LANG logical
name, the LOCALE SHOW command, and the HP C library routine
setlocale(). NOTE: To add data files, you must install the VMSI18N
kit.
This directory also contains codeset definition files for use in
compiling user-written locales with the LOCALE COMPILE command.
