SORT, Specification File Qualifiers, /CHECK_SEQUENCE
 *Conan The Librarian 

    Specifies whether or not the sequence of records in the input
    files is checked when files are merged. By default the sequence
    of records is not checked. Use only with the MERGE command.

    Formats

      /CHECK_SEQUENCE

      /NOCHECK_SEQUENCE
