SHOW, LICENSE, Qualifiers, /BEFORE
 *Conan The Librarian 

    Use with /TERMINATION_DATE and /RELEASE_DATE qualifiers. Selects
    only those licenses whose times are before the time specified
    with the other qualifiers.

    The /BEFORE qualifier cannot be used with the /SINCE qualifier.
