Makes a disk on a local node available to all the nodes in an
    OpenVMS Cluster.

    Applies only to OpenVMS Cluster environments.

    You cannot use the SET DEVICE/SERVED command under the following
    conditions:

    o  In service of a Phase II shadow set virtual unit

    o  On devices that are already mounted

    o  On system disks

    o  On quorum disks
