 *Conan The Librarian 

    (Alpha and I64 only.) The Analyze String Descriptor routine
    extracts the length and the address at which the data starts
    for a variety of 32-bit and 64-bit string descriptor classes.

    Format

      LIB$ANALYZE_SDESC_64  input-descriptor ,data-length

                            ,data-address [,descriptor-type]
