/TERMINAL=(terminal-name[,...])

    Requires OPER (operator) privilege.

    Broadcasts the message to specified terminals, where the
    terminal-name parameter is the device name of the terminal.
    Incompatible with the /ALL and /USERNAME qualifiers.
