    The .FLAGS LOWERCASE and .NO FLAGS LOWERCASE commands turn on and
    turn off recognition of the Lowercase flag character (\).

      .NO FLAGS LOWERCASE

    Abreviated formats

      .FL LOWERCASE  [k]

      .NFL LOWERCASE
