DEFRAGMENT, REMOVE, Qualifiers, /ALL

       /ALL
       /NOALL (default)

          The /ALL qualifier indicates that all scripts are
          to be removed from the scheduling and parameter
          database.

          If /ALL is used, the script-name parameter is not
          allowed.
