CONVERT, file, Qualifiers, /FILL_BUCKETS

    Controls whether to override the bucket fill percentage parameter
    associated with the output file.

    Format

      /FILL_BUCKETS

      /NOFILL_BUCKETS  (DEFAULT)

    If you specify /FILL_BUCKETS, the Convert utility fills the
    output file buckets with as many records as possible. This option
    is valid only for indexed output files.
