   Common Security Services Manager library (CDSA$INCSSM300_SHR.EXE)

 PARAMETERS
   Error_Code         (input)    The numeric error code return by CDSA
                                 routines.

 DESCRIPTION
   This routine outputs the strings returned by Decode_CDSA_Error to
   SYS$OUTPUT.  It provides a simple way report CDSA errors from a user
   program.
