  LATCP> CREATE LINK NETWORK_A /DEVICE=XEB0: /STATE=ON

      The CREATE LINK command in this example creates an Ethernet
      link named NETWORK_A. It specifies the Ethernet controller
      device XEB0 for that link. The link will be available for use.
