  XGCP> CREATE_LOG/GATEWAY_NAME=MYLOG1/SIZE=150

      The command in this example creates a gateway log named
      SYS$JOURNAL:MYLOG1.DDTM$XG_JOURNAL. Its initial size is 150
      blocks.
