  Remove a quota record from a quota file.  The UIC must be
  specified; it may contain wild cards.

  FORMAT:
   REMOVE <uic>

  EXAMPLE:
   REMOVE [11,17]

  Remove the quota record from the current volume for UIC
  [11,17].
