  /UPDATE
  /NOUPDATE (default)

   Normally  the  file's  revision  date  will  be  updated  after  any
   modification to it.  SET however disables this update (otherwise
   the REVISION date could  not be set).  Specify this qualifier if
   the revision date must be updated.
