       /FLAGS=([NO]keyword[,...])

    Specifies special attributes that are to be stored with the
    DCE$UAF record. The keywords you can specify are:

    Keyword        Description

    DCE         	  Specifies that the OpenVMS account being defined has
 		  a corresponding DCE account.  This is the default.

    NO_DCE         Specifies that the OpenVMS account being defined does
                   not have a corresponding DCE account. In this case
                   dce-name is ignored.
