RTL Routines, STR$, STR$TRIM

    The Trim Trailing Blanks and Tabs routine copies a source string
    to a destination string and deletes the trailing blank and tab
    characters.

    Format

      STR$TRIM  destination-string ,source-string [,resultant-length]
