    OpenVMS usage:address
    type:         quadword
    access:       read only
    mechanism:    by value

    Address of a byte within the image to be unlocked in the working
    set. If the address argument is 0, the current image (which
    contains the call to LIB$UNLOCK_IMAGE) is unlocked in the working
    set.
