FMS, /DIRECTORY, Qualifiers, /OUTPUT

  /OUTPUT=file_spec (D)
  /NOOUTPUT

  The  /OUTPUT  qualifier  allows  you  to supply a name for the output
  directory listing file.  If the file  specification  is omitted,  the
  output   is  directed  to  the  device  SYS$OUTPUT.    The  /NOOUTPUT
  qualifier causes the output to be discarded.
