CREATE, /TERMINAL, Qualifiers, /NOTIFY

       /NOTIFY
       /NONOTIFY (default)

    Determines whether a notification message is broadcast to the
    parent when the created terminal window exits. This qualifier is
    used only with the /NODETACH qualifier.
