The Disable Broadcast Trapping routine disables trapping of
    broadcast messages for the specified terminal.

 pasteboard-id

    OpenVMS usage:identifier
    type:         longword (unsigned)

    mechanism:    by reference

    Specifies the pasteboard for the terminal to be affected. The
    pasteboard-id argument is the address of an unsigned longword
    that contains the pasteboard identifier.
