      F_COMPLEX cpow (F_TYPE a, F_TYPE b, F_TYPE c, F_TYPE d)

1 - Description

    cpow() raises a complex base (a + ib) to a complex exponent (c +
    id).

    cpow(a,b,c,d) is defined as e**((c + id) ln(a + ib)).
