    The Delete Virtual Memory Zone routine deletes a zone from the
    32-bit virtual address space and returns all pages on VAX systems
    or pagelets on Alpha and I64 systems owned by the zone to the
    processwide 32-bit page pool.

    Format

      LIB$DELETE_VM_ZONE  zone-id
