PSM Routines, PSM$PRINT, Condition Values Returned

    SS$_NORMAL         Normal successful completion.

    This routine also returns any condition values returned by the
    $SETPRV, $GETSYI, $PURGWS, and $DCLAST system services, as well
    as any condition values returned by the SMB$INITIALIZE routine.
