LBR Routines, LBR$INSERT_KEY, Description

    The LBR$INSERT_KEY routine inserts a new key in the current
    library index. You cannot call LBR$INSERT_KEY within the user-
    supplied routine specified in LBR$SEARCH or LBR$GET_INDEX.
