LBR Routines, LBR$INI_CONTROL

    The LBR$INI_CONTROL routine initializes a control structure,
    called a library control index, to identify the library for use
    by other LBR routines.

    Format

      LBR$INI_CONTROL  library_index ,func [,type] [,namblk]
