    Starts the queue being initialized by the current
    INITIALIZE/QUEUE command.

    For autostart queues, this qualifier activates the queue for
    autostart. The queue begins processing jobs when autostart is
    enabled with the ENABLE AUTOSTART/QUEUES command on any node on
    which the queue can run.
