DCX Routines, DCX$COMPRESS_INIT, Description

    The DCX$COMPRESS_INIT routine initializes the context area for
    the compression of data records.

    Call the DCX$COMPRESS_INIT routine after calling the DCX$ANALYZE_
    DONE routine.
