This directory contains system-supplied codeset converter data
    files. These data files are used with the ICONV CONVERT command
    or the HP C library routine iconv_open(). The following
    codesets are supported: Big5, DEC Hanyu, Mitac Telex, EUC-TW,
    DEC Kanji, Super DEC Kanji, Shift JIS, EUC-JP, DEC Korean and
    Doo-San. NOTE: To add data files, you must install the VMSI18N kit.
