RTL Routines, LIB$, LIB$I64_GET_CURR_INVO_HANDLE
 *Conan The Librarian 

    (I64 only.) The Get Current Invocation Handle routine gets the
    invocation handle for the current procedure.

    Format

      LIB$I64_GET_CURR_INVO_HANDLE  invo_handle

  1 - Returns 

    OpenVMS usage:cond_value
    type:         longword (unsigned)
    access:       write only
    mechanism:    by value

  2 - Argument 

 invo_handle

    OpenVMS usage:invo_handle
    type:         quadword
    access:       write only
    mechanism:    by reference

    Address of a quadword into which the invocation handle of the
    caller will be written.
