I64 systems only.

    Instructs the OpenVMS I64 linker to set certain attributes for
    segments.

    Format

      /SEGMENT_ATTRIBUTE=(segm-attribute[,...])

    The I64 Linker accepts the following keywords to set segment
    attributes

       CODE=address_region
       DYNAMIC=address_region
       SHORT=WRITE
       SYMBOL_VECTOR=[NO]SHORT

    where an address region can be specified with keywords P0 and P2.
