    The .FIRST TITLE command allows running-head information to
    appear on the first page of a document with no chapters. (See
    also .HEADERS ON, .LAYOUT, .TITLE, .SUBTITLE, and .AUTOSUBTITLE.)

      .FIRST TITLE

    Abreviated format

      .FT

  1 - Default 

    No running-head information on the first page
